Snatcher is sold under a no refund policy. Purchasers of Snatcher or any n3twork.com software products have no right to cancellation. We strongly urge you to read over the server prerequisites before purchasing. Understand that Snatcher is a very powerful tool designed for serious domainers. We also ask that you please make use of our contact form to make sure that your server set-up will be covered under support if you are not sure whether or not you meet the requirements.

If you purchase Snatcher underneath a shared hosting set-up or a server in which you do not have root access to, we urge you to be very savvy in php or have strong linux command line skills in order to obtain the most efficient support from us. We reserve the right not to offer support to anyone whose server does not meet the clearly illustrated prerequisites for purchasing on this page.

A trial version of our software is made expected to be made available the next half of this year, and you are strongly advised to check that it is fit for your particular server setup. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN if you purchase the software.

Some users may wish to run Snatcher on their local machines. While most savvy programmers can pull this off, it is very likely that we will be unable to support you in your renegade endeavors. Please plan carefully before you purchase.

No refunds will be given for product upgrades.
